CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

Heather Laura Gray will be teaching Urban Contemporary Wednesdays from 8:30 - 10:00pm at Drive Dance Centre (1839 Commercial Drive. Between 2nd and 3rd) This class is great for urban dancers (street jazzers, poppers, b-boy & b-girls, house’rs, lockers) looking to learn different ways of moving, perfect for jazz dancers to work on some contemporary and hip hop movement vocabulary as well as being fantastic for contemporary dancers looking to expand into the urban dance realm without being in a hip hop class. The class will take you through a conditioning warm up that focuses on contemporary, jazz and hip hop movement techniques and then progresses into across the floor exercises that prepare you for the 40 minute choreography session.
